PAYMENT
We accept online payment using credit cards in a secure server environment for your protection. We currently accept Visa and MasterCard on all orders placed within the United States. We also accept orders placed over the telephone, email, and fax. For our international orders, prices are inclusive for US sales tax. On our overseas orders, any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your country will be your sole responsibility. You also have the option to place your order and pay by personal check or money order. When ordering by check or money order, please make payment out to "Dolly and Dimples with Lady Gouldian Designs LLC." Your order will be shipped when the money order/personal check is received and approved by our bank.

SHIPPING (United States)
We ship by UPS mail. UPS usually arrives within two to three business days once the order is shipped within the U.S. Shipping rates are as follows:

Purchase orders totaling:
$1.00 - $50.00 - Shipping Rate is $9.95
$51.00 - $100.00 - Shipping Rate is $12.95

Rates will continue at a rate of $3.00 increments per every $50.00 of merchandise total. Express shipment is also available if you need your order in a hurry. Select the appropriate shipping option when checking out. The charges for overnight shipping will depend upon the location. Minimum charge for overnight shipping is estimated at $16.25. If your order is placed during a holiday or on the weekend, shipment will be made for the next business day.

SHIPPING (International Orders)
International orders will be shipped using a flat rate of $30 per shipment.

RETURNS
We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase! All sales are final. Returning of damaged goods will be accepted at the time of delivery with a 15% restocking fee.
